Mr Luqe started teaching me math at the start of secondary 4. Math was not my strong suit but he was able to successfully prepare me for my O level’s in 9 months.
He is adaptive with his methods of teaching and was able to aid me in fully visualizing and understanding tough concepts often by using real life context examples with insightful perspective. When I was frustrated, he patiently gave me time to process information instead of spoon feeding me with answers. With his detailed analyses, it was quick for me to grasp these concepts.
He is extremely engaging and constantly ensures that I remember and revise previous topics. The assignments that he issued were of immense help too, as the well-crafted questions allowed me to practice and subsequently tackle my O’s.
Though I was often discouraged, Mr Luqe always believed in me and displayed care and concern through small meaningful acts such as buying me food often and occasionally checking on my wellbeing. Overall, I am very grateful for his guidance which ultimately led me from a F9 to a B3 in math!

Mr Luqe is an amazing teacher, he focuses on the basics before building up to more complicated questions. His method of teaching is very suited for me as it is not textbook standard. He also gave me plenty of practice which help me to boost my confidence in mathematics and better understand difficult concepts.
Through his teaching I was able to improve from a D7 to a B3 in Additional Mathematics and C5 to B3 in Elementary Mathematics

I am grateful that Mr Luqman tutored me. In Secondary 3, I had difficulties understanding and solving Math questions. Mr Luqman patiently taught me the basic concepts of Math, before going through the examination syllabus.  He ensured that I understood what the question was asking. Then only would I attempt questions on my own. If I was puzzled, he would prompt me. If I was clueless, he would teach me using a parallel example, to ensure I understand the concept, before re-attempting the question. He would include technology in his lessons.  I could visualise graphs clearer with the aid of different apps he has on his iPad.  He would challenge me to answer quizzes he posted on his blog and would reward me when I answered them correctly. 
I thoroughly enjoyed learning under him.  Classes with him were never dull.  His warm personality made it easy for my whole family to welcome him.  Even though he no longer tutors me, we still keep in contact. I highly recommend his tutoring services.
